Stayed here late August 2009 after arriving from UK and a long day travelling. Lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us an upgrade to the Tuscan suites. Staff were very friendly, room was very spacious and had all you would expect. SPa bath in the room and a jacuzzi out in the courtyard. Massive Bed and flatscreen TV.
We ate at Divine Pizza restaurant 2 blocks away which was good and very reasonable. Wineries are pentiful in the town centre but worth going to see some of the out of town ones as well. We paid £84 per night approx $135 on hotels.com but obviously this room would have been more had we not had the free upgrade.

Online reservation for 2 nights double Queen NS was $90/night plus some taxes. For a cheap stay in the Russian River with only a couple friends you can't beat the price and location. Everything else in Healdsburg is B&B and fancy pants for $150+/night. If you are wine touring and seeing the sights, your time in the room should be minimal so no need for something ultra hip. Upside: clean, beds were pretty comfortable, staff was nice, decor was nice, continental breakfast was good (especially make your own waffle!) and everything worked including AC. Downside: standing shower only, limited bathroom ventilation and >thin< walls (I just don't need to hear that people!).

If you want to save your money for wine, this is a good place to crash for a couple nights.

Our stay there was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Everything worked and we had no problems or issues.

We have family visiting from out of town and we will be bringing them to Healdsburg for a weekend. We will definitely be staying at the Dry Creek Inn again!

There was a mandatory 2 night stay, and we paid about $200. I requested a room in the new wing but that would cost more. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet on the 3rd floor. We did need the a/c but it was not too noisy at night. The pool area was clean, and I used the gym one morning and it was clean and had a nice flat screen tv and adequate treadmill. The morning breakfast was OK with plenty of toast, waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, milk, etc. We couldnt get an early checkin but did get passes to a few winerys where the tasting was free with the passes. Overall, not a bad place. Nice people work there, very friendly, and helpful with directions and printing boarding passes, etc. I'd stay there again.

Youre limited in Healdsburg, but $200 for the crappy motel like this? It stunk, our room was never cleaned. The only positive was the breakfast was decent. When I told the front desk about the maid, they never said a word.
The pool was closed.

Spend the extra money and get a place downtown.
