We've stayed at this hotel many times across the years. It's not the fanciest place in town, not by a long shot, but it has a great location, nice enough rooms, and a price that won't send your wallet into spasms. They recently added an addition with more rooms and a conference center. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor, and a supply of bell-carts (so you can easily move your wine purchases to/from your room).
There's two pools now, and a large breakfast room. The wifi worked in our room. The hotel is about a mile from downtown, so unless you're really into walking...
The part that got my attention was the price. $66/night in early april. It is higher during the summer, but I don't know how much.
We'd much rather spend our money on wine or food than for a hotel. We'll be back.More
