Only stayed one night but this was an amazing experience - our room was perfect. Spacious, clean and very quiet as we overlooked the pool in the back. An added bonus to this was that we watched the sunset from our room - great view. The room did have a few dings here and there and could use a little bit of a touch up to make it perfect.

What made our stay in Healdsburg so awesome was the concierge - Tegan. She made our trip so awesome - I had emailed Tegan a few weeks before our trip to ask for some winery recommendations. She planned a trip out for us that was so awesome. She also recommended a great tasting in town the next day and an amazing place to have lunch before we headed out to San Francisco. If you stay at this hotel make sure you speak with Tegan - she'll make your trip awesome.

The hotel itself is quite nice - there are a couple of restaurants on campus and the lounge is a great place to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The pool is also a great place to chill out - there's a lot of sun in the morning so we enjoyed the pool before checking out. There's a great breakfast in the morning - waffles and omelets included.

Healdsburg itself is a great town - there are a lot of restaurants and wineries to try out. Lot of shops as well - though we did not take advantage of the fact, the hotel has a number of bikes that would be great to tool around town on.

we'll definitely be heading back some day.

Room Tip: Request a room in the back, overlooking the pool. It's quiet and you have a great view of the sunset.

We spend 3 nights here and loved it. Great location, nice beds, spacious rooms, great layout. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast which was included in our reservation was delicious with custom order omelets, fruit and coffee. We will definitely return on our next stay.

I usually don't write bad reviews. But this one can not go unwarned. The hotel itself it beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The decor is modern and upbeat. The bed is delightfully comfortable. But what are you are here for is a good night sleep and that's where the Hotel Healdsburg fails. The hotel is on a major throughfare and the traffic is relentless all day and night. There is NO sound insulation on the glass windows. Loud conversations, street sweeper, garbage trucks, and early morning deliveries are all heard in the room. But my biggest issue in lack of Air Conditioning. There appears to be an AC control in each room. But best I can tell - it's useless. I asked to be changed to a different room 3 times for the lack of AC and it turns out they are all like that. They need to have a MAJOR renovation of their AC system. The room was warm and stuffy and the alleged AC did NOTHING. And you can't open the windows because of the road noise. My best suggestions is to avoid the Hotel Healdburg for something that less noisy with actual WORKING Air Conditioning.

This hotel appears to be a lovely on line, but it's a noisy as you will find anywhere. Most rooms face a courtyard that restaurant guests have to pass through to use the restroom, subsequently causing noise in the evening, late into the evening. We will never return as a result of this. This needs to be resolved before the hotel could ever be considered a destination hotel.

Room Tip: Not sure there is a good room in this hotel relative to noise unfortunately.

We apologize for the noise issues you experienced during your stay with us. We have reminded our staff that later at night quiet must be observed on the hotel property. We are also in the process of adding double pane windows to many of our guest rooms starting on the front facing portion of the property which is exposed to more activity on the town square and have already experienced good feedback on these improvements. We hope that you will try us again at Hotel Healdsburg in the future.

We spent one short weekend here and can't wait to return! The town is quiet and charming as is the hotel. We had friendly service, clean and very comfortable room with a spa vibe. Excellent full breakfast included with made to order omelets. The town goes dark early but we were directed to a local bar and managed to have fun and walk back to our room. Great wine tasting options and do not miss Coppola vineyard & restaurant- worth the cab ride!
