We have been to Baci in Healdsburg several times now and it just seems to bet better. Last night my wife had a Mahi Mahi dish that she said was to die for. We were tipped off by four people leaving that the Mahi was the best they've had, and they were right. I had a tagliatelle con frutti di mare that was perfectly prepared with lots of calamari, prawns, and scallops in a light but nicely spiced tomato lobster sauce. The wine list is very strong and while some are enjoying the bubbly, I can have a nice cold Peroni beer on tap. For dessert, I am hooked on Profiteroles filled with a nice rich vanilla ice cream (gelato?).
The owners are real pro's and both of them "walk the talk" by providing the highest level of service from their staff and even higher service from themselves. They are friendly with everyone that comes through the doors and treat their patrons like long lost family. P
Prices are very reasonable, specials are really special, and the whole package is really solid.
