Once again, we enjoyed our stay here. This is a nice property, only 2 miles from downtown Healdsburg, and is much quieter than staying in town. We love the grounds, and the rooms are quite comfortable and rustic. Brenda's breakfast was tasty, and she and Tom made excellent winery suggestions for our trip home, and were helping with other guests' dinner reservations as well. The breakfast is served at 9 am, and you eat with the other guests, who we enjoyed meeting and comparing notes and tips.

My only caution - there is no (real) cab service in Healdsburg, so if you plan to go to dinner in the area and then return to the B&B, plan to drive (and drink accordingly).

Everything about the visit was comfortable, and we will return.

Perfect place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. We took the caretaker suite which was full of rustic charm and extremely relaxing. Tom & Brenda provided recommendations for winery's and restaurants every day which were uniformly excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough

Our wonderful experience at Belle de Jour three years ago made it an easy choice for our return to beautiful Healdsburg last weekend. We had a perfect visit with our cozy rooms and delicious breakfasts. Tom and Brenda made excellent suggestions for our dining and wine tasting experiences, listening carefully to the styles and atmosphere we preferred. Tom also pointed out a hike in the Redwoods that was just what we were looking for. We will be back!

Tom and Brenda were so nice and great cooks. They have a treasure trove of brochures and coupons.

The grounds are beautiful.

Two miles from town but easy enough to get a taxi. If you are not going to stay right in town anyway, you'd probably use cabs anyway.

This was our first visit to Sonoma Wine Country. Our experience at Belle de Jour Inn was "magical". The cottage was very lovely from the canopy over the bed to the jacuzzi tub. The property was beautiful with rose gardens, fruit trees, animals such as rabbits, deer, pheasant. The breakfasts were wonderful with homemade apricot scones and peach pastry not to mention the parmesan eggs. Tom and Brenda were a big help when it came to choosing which wineries to visit, as there are so many in the area. They were also very knowledgable about restaurants nearby. Thanks Tom & Brenda for the memorable visit to wine country.
