The best place we have ever stayed, anywhere! Short walk/jog to the square and parking is provided. The Tower Suite was fabulous and relaxing, and having two showers is nice too. Everything that you could want is thoughtfully provided - fireplace, wine glasses, slippers, eyeglass cleaner, luxurious linens, you name it. Each breakfast was better than the last - our favorite was the strata, but the cobbler was a close 2nd. Definitely worth going off your diet. If we could move in permanently, we would! Highly recommended!

The Honor Mansion was everything we had hoped it would be. The excellence is in the details - coffee and biscoti delivered before breakfast, complimentary water, sodas, coffee, tea etc... all day, wonderful winery recommendations and concierge service to fulfill our every wish. Healdsburg is a quaint town with amazing restaurants (Cyrus and Willis Seafood were the favorites) and wonderful shops. The Honor Mansion is the perfect location for tasting in the Dry Creek and Alexander Valley. We found this area full of smaller vineyards and had some wonderful tasting experiences - much better than the day we spent in Napa which was crowded and vanilla. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Honor Mansion - it did not disappoint! Andrea & David

Having just returned from an amazing breakfast, we lay nestled in the luxurious bed in the Squire's Cottage of The Honor Mansion watching the sun dance through the leaves of a tree through the skylight and know that we are seeing a glimpse of love.

We have seen this love throughout every aspect of our stay. It is in the warmth of the owners/staff and their outstanding attention to detail, meals that rival those had in the finest restaurants, the amazing beauty of each room, and meticulously maintained grounds, where calla lillies grow.

We have even see the love in unexpected places, like the 'HM' embossed on the folded first sheet of toilet paper. Simply amazing!

At Honor Mansion, every possible request we could have dreamed of was anticipated and met. We are honored to have had this experience and look forward to our next stay.

Thank you, Honor Mansion!

Christy & Alvin

Having returned from the Honor Mansion after a one-night stay, I feel I would definitly like to return. My boyfriend and I had more fun than we thought possible at a B&B; bocci ball, putting green, croquet lawn, tennis court...that's our kind of place! We tried it all, and would have liked to take a dip in the pool, but being January, it wasn't heated. Very classy atmosphere, and impeccably kept grounds.

Our room, one of the Vineyard Suites, was relaxing and inviting, with warm and stylish furnishings. We loved the outdoor whrilpool tub, and were delighted to see the small bag of spa amenities. I couldn't have asked for anything more...coffee and biscotti brought to the room pre-breakfast, a warm fireplace, a delicious morning meal served to us in a sunny window seat...

We felt completely at home and welcome from the moment we checked in. Many thanks to the staff and innkeepers who work so hard to make a memorable and wonderful experience for all the guests at the Honor Mansion.

We have been several times to the Honor Mansion, and continue to go back. It has become our favorite place to stay in California. I always notice something new with every visit---this time it was the linens. Their sheets are so luxurious--we just melted right into that comfortable bed! Because of business obligations, we were only able to stay one night this trip, unfortunatey because you need at least 2 nights to really appreciate all there is to do. They have a pool, spa treatments, golf putting green, croquet, bocci ball courts, tennis, and even a basketball court. I've probably left something out, but it's a great place with great breakfasts! Can't go wrong---we highly recommend it!

We have stayed at the Honor Mansion for 5 consecutive years during the Russian River Wine Festival over MLK weekend. If you need it, Steve and Cathi have though of it and it's already in your room. There is no detail left to chance. The staff is outstanding and goes to whatever lengths necessary to make your visit memorable. My wife and I have stayed in hotel's and B&Bs all over the world. The Honor Mansion is easily the world's best . . . hands down!

My husband and I have been going to the Honor Mansion for 5 years. Every year Steve and Kathy and the staff continue to offer nothing but the best. And each stay keeps getting better; we loved the fact that they now offer wireless internet access! They cater to your every desire and add a personal touch to everything. If you like B&B's, this can not be beat.

Healdsburg is a lovely town at the center of great wine-tasting. If you don't know the area, the Honor Mansion staff will tell you all the best wineries and restaurants to go to!
