We called the restaurant at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday nite and were told that they would be serving until at least 8:00 p.m. We arrived at the restaurant at exactly 7:10 p.m. and were told by a rude waitress that they were closing in 10 minutes so they wouldn't be able to serve us. We told her that we had called and she said, "like I said, we are closing in 10 minutes!" We left and went to the Crab Landing along with at least 6 other people who were also turned away. While standing in line waiting for a table and relating our story to the folks behind us, they told us that they were locals and had the same experience. They also said that they were quite suprised about the whole thing because "Barbara" herself was present that evening! Never again. BTW we had a great meal at Crab Landing and Jackie gave us outstanding service even though the restaurant was bombarded by guests leaving "Barbara's Fish Trap"!
