I return to the Ritz to see the tennis coach, Kevin Harrington, as much as I possibly can! He does such a great job on the court and with the program there. I feel really lucky to get to be there! I love the hotel and recommend a room with a balcony, it is so amazing to hear and wake up to the ocean and view. The spa and food are also amazing, there is really no reason to leave the property!

My only complaint is the condition of the tennis courts, it is shocking for a notable resort at a high price point to have courts in bad condition. I hope improvements will come! Otherwise, a fabulous experience!

Beautiful property and setting with the excellent service you expect from a Ritz property. The view and beach is worth the price of admission. The Ocean golf course is long, but forgiving and most of the 18 holes offer some view of the ocean, cliff and the Ritz. As you make the turn, you begin to work you way closer to the ocean before finishing the last few holes that run directly along the cliffs. Watch out for pedestrians as the beach is open to the public and beach goers can be in play. Food is flawless and the drinks are only top shelf. Rooms are large and extremely comfortable with a fireplace or you own outdoor fire pit.

The
check in Friday afternoon was a little hectic. The traffic on 92 and 1 were both heavy. The check in at the lobby was about 15 to 20 people deep. Luggage was not delivered about 90 minutes later. Make sure you have your stuff that you need with you instead of leave it with bell station.

The room is nicely furnished. Our room is facing the east. Probably we should have asked for one that face the ocean. The courtyard and atrium facing the ocean is beautiful. Perfect for watching the setting sun. The yard is perfect for wedding. The concierge floor has lobby that serves refreshments and comfortable setting . Staff are very professional. Some people warned me that Uber doesn’t work in half moon bay. That is not true. In case you want to venture into downtown area.
