chef, trained at the French Culinary Institute of NYC, is very welcoming and knows what she is doing. her food is adventurous with great taste. sauces well applied on dishes. Pastries and desserts are wonderful. food emphasizes the use of local produce and fish. Calamary is one of my favorites as well as locally caught wild salmon and other fish.
one great thing is that dinners are offered Mon-Wed-Fri so this gives time to chef to plan and take good care of next menu. Really recommend this place.
