Wow! What a wonderful B&B. We stayed in one of the suites and could not rate our stay highly enough - like the rest of the house it was beautifully decorated and furnished and very comfortable indeed....five stars without a doubt! Steve, our host, made us very welcome and cooked the most tasty breakfasts for us each day. Fresh home baked cookies were placed in our room every day too...they were delicious. We enjoyed the inn's setting and the wildlife that visited the garden and so convenient for visiting Yosemite. Many thanks Steve.

—We had a very nice stay with Steve and Alex. There is a lot to like about the Blackberry Inn.
- The location: a little off the highway so you don't get road noise but not so far that it's a pain to get to, and there is very little light pollution, so you can get a Great view of a dark sky full of stars. Weather permitting.
- The rooms: our room was beautiful, spacious yet cozy, with lots of windows and just outside the door was a large sitting area stocked with books about the park, animals, birds . . . Well, you get the idea; a great place to sit and relax.
-The breakfasts: A single large table beautifully set, with a well thought-out, balanced breakfast. They don't try to overwhelm you with huge portions of mediocre food.
-The birdfeeders in the yard attract a lot of interesting avian life, and if you're an Easterner like me, some of these are birds you've never seen before.
All in all a very nice, but too short, stay.

My husband and I were here for two nights to celebrate my birthday! It was recommended by some friends of ours! What an amazing place! The new Ahwahnee rooms are fantastic! Steve, our host, was unforgettable and so accommodating to my husband's food allergy. You have the opportunity to have breakfast with fellow guests which makes you feel right at home! We would have moved right in if we could! The view is stunning. It's so peaceful! If you are looking for a quiet get-away, this is the place to be!! Prepare for a 45 min drive into Yosemite Valley from here, but it's worth it!!

Room Tip: We stayed in Clouds Rest and it was perfect! Lovely private balcony with seating and electric fireplace! The room is practically brand new! Adorable!!

We were so lucky that that we were the first guest on the first day the B&B formally open this year. We were astonished to find every room is decorated in a different style and all the facilities, bed, tables, bathroom facilities are five-star standard. The nicely decorated sitting are perfect place to have after meal coffee or tea with your friends and beloved.

The pancake breakfast (we got a special treat from Steve) are wonderful and its so nice to spend time chatting with Steve and his wife. We will definitely want to stay there again next time we visit Yosemite.

What a wonderful stay in the forest with the hummingbirds, cat and of course the lovely host, Steve and Alex. Would like to say "Thank you very much" again.

We stayed at Briar Rose room for one night, it is clean, new and filled with a variety of beautiful decorations that coordinate everything just perfectly. We really love this romantic room so much!

What a pity that we couldn't stay longer there! We will always miss the Blackberry Inn and the host!

P.S. It was our pleasure to be the first guest of them in 2014!
