The All Seasons Inn is a family friendly and very cosy guesthouse. The guest house itself is a 5 min drive from the main building in a very quite are next to a golf course. The room was big enough to be comfortable for a family with two teenage kids.
Very valuable were the inn keepers suggestions for places to see and go for a swim - thanks

We stayed in the Eagle's Tower for 3 nights to be close to Yosemite. Nice Inn, decent breakfast, helpful staff and clean room. Great location in Groveland, so easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Ann was really helpful and the room was cleaned daily. Good place to stay to get away from the madness if Yosemite park.

We spent two nights in this pretty inn to visit Yosemite. Delicious breakfast. We were treated exquisitely. I found the room Fireplace Bluff cozy and beautifully furnished. The toilet in the room was rather small... I guess bigger people could find some trouble trying to fit it. Apart from that, I can't say anything negative about this place.

I was informed that hotel check-in was at 3:30. At 4:10 the place was locked-up tight with nobody around. There were 4 groups of us waiting to get checked-in. There is a red phone outside of the door to call her, but it went to voicemail.

It was 92 degrees and we all had to wait with our cars running. The owner or manager finally pulled-up in her Cadillac saying she tried to text. Text who? When?? This is NOT the way to run a business!! We decided not to stay a second night and she said we would get charged if they couldn't book the room and on top of that a $25 cancellation fee would be charged. Really?? After making us all wait in the heat? She needs lessons in customer service!!

We were welcomed by Ann and given the house information re: locking up, breakfast reservations and a tour of the room (including how to use the jacuzzi tub!). We were in the Cloud's Rest, a lovely room upstairs. I was quite roomy and had a private balcony perfect for happy hour. The breakfast was nice and there were good choices available. We stayed 2 nights, due to planning too late for a room in the park and in the end we were glad that happened. Yes, more driving--but worth it, as it was nice to be in a quiet little town after the crowds of the park. Loved the location--within walking to great pizza and the Iron Door Saloon. We thought the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Yes, we did need to have the air on at night, but that is expected in June. We would definitely stay there again, should we go to Yosemite again.

Room tip: I believe we had the largest room, upstairs and facing the street. We had no noise to speak of, with the exception of the air conditioner.
