My wife and I often drive from the San Francisco Bay area down to southern California along Highway 101, and we like to try different places for a lunch stop. We recently tried the El Michoacano Restaurant in Greenfield, and liked it. We can't call ourselves experts on Mexican food, but we each enjoyed the carnitas burrito lunch--we had more than enough food, and it was fresh and tasty. It was also nice to get a bottle of Mexican Coca Cola, which many of our friends rave about because it's made with real sugar. The next time we're ready for lunch while driving in the area between Salinas and King City, we'll stop again at El Michoacano.
