The park is small but has a terrific location close to the Ferry to either the Giants ball games or downtown San Francisco. Staff is great to deal with (we needed a few extra days and they made a great effort to extend our stay) We looked at all the other parks in the area and this one is the best.

If you want to stay a ferry ride away from san Francisco and a short drive from the great scenery in Marin county this is the place. The spaces are snug but we drove through the rv park down the street and the difference was night and day. When we checked in we were given all we needed to make the trip to SF very easy. We didn't use the restrooms or showers in the spark.

The sites here are basically small gravel parking spots. We couldn't put out both a slide and awning. Even putting out the slide put us to the edge of the site. But, the sites are level, fully serviced (sewer, water and electric - I don't know about cable and I think the wifi had a limited number of connections. It was hit or miss.) The great part is the location. It's a short walk to the Larkspur Ferry to the San Francisco pier, which drops you right in the centre of the action.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the permanent residents that we met. There are clean showers and bathrooms available, as well as garbage and recycling facilities. The pool was closed when we went.

For the price, you couldn't get a better spot for a San Francisco visit. I didn't hear any traffic at all in our RV. Our spot was about halfway between front and back.

This park will give you access to San Francisco via the ferry or bus routes as you are ten minutes from the ferry and less to the bus stop. Sites are small and all gravel. Roads are paved. TV channels are minimal and WIFI is terrible but at least they tell you that at check in. Staff is very helpful with information about sightseeing and transportation. They have a small pool but there is nothing for kids.
