They say there is no such thing as a free lunch, but that's what I got recently when I stopped for lunch at The Shops at Mission Viejo. Blaze Pizza was doing a "soft opening". They had not opened for business yet, and were giving final training opportunities to their employees by making pizzas according to the individual instructions handed out by the hungry lunch crowd, and baking and serving the pizzas up for free. In return for a enjoying a really good pizza lunch, I felt compelled to say "thank you" by letting future customers know that they serve really good pizza here, made just the way you like it. The crust is thin, there are several sauces to choose from (I liked the spicy red), and both veggie and non-veggie toppings. Each pizza serves one to two people depending upon how hungry you are. Great for those times you are enjoying a meal with people who have all different tastes and ideas on how to top a pizza.
Definitely will stop here for lunch or dinner whenever I am in the neighborhood.
