Description: We believe great gourmet quality food should not only be approachable and accessible, but also affordable. We proudly use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients, including hormone-free and antibiotic-free meats, organic greens, artisan cheeses and breads, as well as sustainable and organic coffee and espresso. We have a diverse menu that allows our guests to spend a little or spend a lot, but no matter how much they spend, they are always getting a high quality product for a very reasonable price. We serve generous portions to satisfy even the most voracious of appetites. We encourage sharing at the table, not only because the portions lend themselves to it, but it's a great way to discover something new. Our decor is stylish yet comfortable. We play undeniably feel-good music that spans various genres and decades. Our restaurants are clean, stocked and well-maintained. We have a "come as you are" mindset when it comes to our guests because we want everyone to feel comfortable dining at Granville just the way they are. We pride ourselves on the positive energy and universally inviting vibe that our Village emanates. We offer the best of all worlds: upscale yet unpretentious, satisfying yet wholesome, gourmet yet generous. Some people call our food "Grand."

“Cozy. Comfortable. Good Food.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 27, 2013

I chose this restaurant to take my partner and friends to meet people I had not met before and it was GREAT! It is located in an outdoor mall that looks like a movie set in Glendale. There are shops, huge water fountain, etc all around. There is also parking in the garage within the complex that your server will validate for you- it's discounted for the first 3 hours! We sat outside with the heaters and it was the perfect temp and the restaurant is cozy, comfortable but still chic. They have natural, local and organic foods as part of their missions statement. We ordered the mac and cheese, porkchop, grilled salmon and a pizza and all were excellent and cooked to perfection. We also got a pitcher of the sangria (yum). The service was some of the best we've all had in LA. Our server was so attentive but not annoying and brought us bread when he thought one of our entrees was taking too long (they were packed at 830pm on a Friday night). The manager asked how our meal was and even boxed up our dinner table side continuing the conversation. Overall, perfect place to meet for a casual get together or even a first date. They also had TVs with sports on inside the restaurant and a circular bar. Overall great experience! OH- and they have happy hour!

“Granville's Great!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 20, 2013

If you're ever at the Americana in Glendale and are craving fresh, artisan, comfort food, then Granville is for you. They have a wide array of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. The service is down to earth and helpful. I always come back for the pancakes. It is quite possibly the best I've had!

“Varied and delicious food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 5, 2013

We were in Glendale on New Year's Eve, planning to see the Rose Parade the next day, and wanted a nice restaurant within walking distance of our motel. This one had good reviews, and we were not disappointed. I had a chicken dish with penne, goat cheese, pine nuts, and Marsala that was delicious. My husband had soup and a roasted beet salad. Our sons had pizza, a burger, and a seared salmon dish. The menu had many other tempting choices, and I wish I lived nearby so I could try some of them.

“The pork chop is worth the trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 5, 2013

Kinda noisy for old people, but the service and food are excellent. We took our grandparents and they loved the homemade ice cream (berry choc chip is the bomb!). The pork chop is about the best one we've ever had. We had many special requests w/gluten free, dairy free, kids, old people, etc. It was all great. Parking was horrific at the Americana but behind the Marketplace on Maryland is a great little lot and it was only $1.00.

“Great food at the Americana”

If you are in Glendale at the Americana (shopping/housing complex), a great place to check out for dinner is Granville Cafe. Wide variety on the dinner and bar menu. Some great craft beers. Reasonably priced.
