We stayed here in April 2010 (but I'm only just getting around to loading up a batch of reviews) and it ranks as one of our favourite stays anywhere in the world.
The setting is beautiful & secluded, a farmhouse at the end of a long track looking up a stunning valley ... but what sets it apart is the host, Tim. We arrived to offers of his own wine (gratefully received), enjoyed great breakfasts and left with the recipe for his red pepper ketchup.
And I haven't even mentioned the hottub, resident sculptor, evenings around the fire
