Girls wine trip. Stopped by this winery and not a soul working there approached us. We had never been to a winery where the employees did not try to make a sale. Perhaps the owner should send his/her employees to a business class.
At our next winery we informed the server about our visit to Imagery. He said that he had worked there and had heard that customer service was lacking.
After our trip we agreed that this was the most disappointing winery and a waste of our vacation time.
