Just happened to drive by on our last day in wine country. Such a treat to enjoy their fine wines. Love their cab at home and went in to see what they had and ended up ordering a case of Cab and Cab Franc. The grounds are beautiful with the olive trees and the vines. Can't imagine how beautiful it is at harvest.

Bruce as in Bruce R Cohn, has been the manager for the Doobie Brothers since 1970 and there is some platinum records and memorabilia on the walls. the adjacent gift shop has a wide selections of oils, jams and take knick knacks.

Cohn is a nice winery to visit. They have good olive oils and other tasty dips etc in their gift shop. Pretty grounds for a picnic. Very friendly staff.

We came up to this area specifically to peruse Olive Oil. There is sufficient parking and handicap parking for access to either the "winery" building and the gift / "olive oil" building. Up quieter Hwy 12, there was sufficient customers to feel "comfortable", but so much to be denied quick service. The staff was friendly and informative, quickly answering our questions and providing us with sufficient information to make our purchase decision. In fact, we returned to make purchases before heading home for the day. Although we did not visit the wine room and cannot comment on that, the olive oil staff and the product is worth the visit.

We just randomly turned into the drive for this vineyard, and I'm so glad we did! Interesting sculptures greet you in the front. The tasting room is what you would expect, nothing exciting. The staff are friendly and helpful. I love that the vineyard is owned by a well-known in the music industry- he managed the Doobie Brothers! They also devote a percentage of profits from some of the labels of their wine-( I think it's Bruno's?) to a local no-kill shelter.

The wine was very good and of course I joined the wine club. I hope to be back.

We were married here almost 10 years ago but this was our first return trip to the vineyard. The people are still just as nice as then and the wines are getting even better (especially the Olive Hill Cab).
My wife was speaking to Bruce's daughter and reminiscing about our wedding day. A few minutes later, she presented us with a 2004 signed bottle to commemorate the occasion.
We love the grounds, the wine and (especially) the people here. Go see them!
