This hotel was awesome. We had a one bedroom suite, the rooms were nice and spacious. Upon arrival a pack'n'play was brought to our room as requested. While my husband and daughter went to California Adventure the first night I stayed with our 1 year old son at the hotel. I ordered dinner from Buca'De Beppo in the parking lot and on my way out the desk staff gave me a coupon, they even took a high chair from the dining room up to our room while we walked over to pick up our food! Breakfast always had a good variety for the entire family. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttles passes to Disneyland are a great bargain and are very prompt! We looked at staying on Disney property but this was a much better value, gave us room and allowed us to spread out, and the convenience of the kitchen and seperate bedroom allowed everyone to rest comfortably. This hotel gets a thumbs up in our book!

Room Tip: IF you have small children, spring for the suite!

Stayed here for two nights with the family to visit Disneyland.

From the second we arrived, the staff did their best to be of service, to be accomodating, to be informative, and to be professional. They answered all of our questions; they provided great advice on our trip to the Magic Kingdom; they waived a fee that had promised to be waived; they arranged for extra toiletries to be brougt up when requested. A fantastic team - especially Oscar at the front desk.

That being said, the hotel rooms are showing their age a bit. The furniture had a good deal of nicks, dings, and scratches. The hallway walls seem a bit tired as they've clearly taken a beating from luggage cards, roll-along bags, and crazy children. The shower is going to need a refit sooner rather than later.

On the other hand, the common areas downstairs are in quite good condition (except for one waffle iron that was giving me fits). The convenience center was well stocked and had a very wide variety of snacks, travel items, toiletries, etc. The pool was warm and properly pHed (as was the hot tub). The reception area was well lit and welcoming.

Breakfast was on the average side with a lack of fresh fruit (pineapple, melon, etc.) on the second day and waffle mix that was "off". The issue of the waffle mix was addressed quickly; the lack of fruit except for a few bananas was not.

Overall a pleasant stay - especially for a two bedroom suite for $118 (significantly less than the Embassy Suites right across the way). Its very close to Disneyland (walkable if you dare or less than 5 minutes via a shuttle bus).

Room Tip: North facing rooms may be able to view Disneyland fireworks at night.

This hotel was good. The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and we had a room on 6th floor with a good view of the local car park and other hotels, but still it was pretty good.

The pool did break down a few times. We had problems with a air cond. that went from hot to cold. And in the end we got a room change. The air cond. worked better in the new room.

As resort areas go, this area near Disneyland is crowded with hotels, so the choices can be daunting. However, we usually opt for a Hampton Inn when available and we weren't sorry to have chosen this one. Just a mile from Disneyland, it's spacious and clean and boasts a staff that's friendly and eager to help. Most importantly, the price was right - only $107 per night plus taxes.

The rooms were large and comfortable and up on the 6th floor we actually had a decent view. The bathroom areas were large as well. The beds were excellent! We always enjoy those wonderful, warm white Hampton duvet covers and the extra pillows!

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, but a staff member volunteered to call us when it was. We didn't have to wait long and were checked in by 1 pm. We appreciated that they accommodated us in that way as we were tired from a long trip and eager to relax. After checking in, we went to the pool, which was a little cloudy but still enjoyable. There's a hot tub as well.

Breakfast was good, with ample choices that included eggs (in some form or another), breakfast meats, waffles, bagels, pastries, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, and fruit.

One of the major perks of staying here was the shuttle service (for a minimal fee) to and from Disneyland. This eliminates the need to drive your car to the park and pay their exorbitant fees.

Here's another hotel I stayed at while on a trip to Disneyland. The location was nice given the fact there was dining and shopping within walking distance. The room we got was clean and simple. Nothing crazy. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
