Perfect for our family of six small children and lots of other families thought so too. Expect children all around. Once in the room, didn't hear a peep from the outside.

Room set up was perfect . Rooms well appointed, clean and extremely comfortable. Ask for a top floor facing north towards Disneyland and get ready for the fireworks display (15 mins). With a microwave and refrigerator, save on food and drinks and bring your own back to the room.

Within walking distance of reasonably priced and family restaurants... Buca di Bepo in the same lot, Outback Steakhouse, Joe's Crab Shack within an easy walk. Target across the street for a quick trip for snacks, drinks and other needed items.

Far for walking to Disneyland but the ART public shuttle running from hotels to Disneyland stops right outside the door. Save on parking here with no charge for parking. Great considering the Hyatt next door charges about $17 a night.

Very nice hotel. Bed extremely comfortable. Updated furniture and accessories. The breakfast buffet was well set up for crowds. Buffet was typical for Embassy Suites. Lines moved very quickly even during crowded times. Elevators were a bit slow and you are unable to take the stairs even if staying on a lower floor. Had a problem with our shower and it was fixed once reported. It is about one mile to Disney. Really too far to walk and not as close as it appears. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

we stayed here for two nights, april 8-10, 2007 s a last minute thing, booking on line with hilton.com

The suites were spot on for our needs, two adults and 3 kids, 8, 7 and 5.

The room set up. 2 doubles and a bed setteee in the living was excellent, all three kids ended up fighting over the sofa bed.

positives;

room set up, really good for a family of three

the free buffet breakfast

the manager's drinks reception 530-730, frree drinks and nibbles/pop corn and pizza at $2 slice...

Incredibly friendly staff, especially the guys handling the hordes at freebie drinks and nibbles time

The room service menu for families- we had to send one meal back as it was cold but I'll let them off with that as it could happen anywhere.

The shuttle bus leaves is on route K- They didn't tell us that at the in house ticket desk- kinda crucial when you're tired at the end of a day...it's $3 per adult per day, kids go free, up to personal choice ...disney parking is $11 per day, and less convenient

The location isn't great for walking around but I suspect most visitiors are too tired after a day's park hopping and queuing in the heat, and have roonm service or fill up on pizza at the reception

Reasonable little pool for as dip after parks if ther sun's still out
overall a great deal and a hotel I'd recommend for people going to Disneyland and not wanting to pay the on site hotel premiums

We stayed here at the start of our holiday for 3 nights and at the end of holiday for 2 nights with a 3 day trip to san Diego in between. This hotel is very well kept with excellent customer service to keep guests happy.Rooms were clean-(had a weak shower head in our first room), breakfast was good.My only complaint was the elevators were always full,we had to wait about 10 minutes one time, and there are 4 of them, but it was easter break so hotel was busy. One other minor negative is the distance to disneyland, you do need to take the shuttle as its about a 20 minute walk or more if you have youger kids(we did it one night and this is what it took us.)There is an outbacks steakhouse and red robins restaurant one block south on harbor blvd. so alternative dining is close by.The block at orange(outdoor shopping mall and restaurants is about 1.5 miles away or a reasonable cab ride fare away.)Just a quick tip on the fastpasses at disneyland--you can't use them before the start time on the ticket but you can use them after the time expires/ say its a ticket from 1:00pm to 2:00pm you could still use it at 7 or 8pm or later, they won't say anything to you, so hang onto them and use them later while you keep getting more during the day.

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel on March of 2007 to visit Disney. The hotel is nice and clean with very good breakfast. Rooms were quiet and clean and service was good too. I recommend it for family with a toddler and more than one kid; however it is not in walking distance from Disney, so if you plan to stay there, plan to buy the Anaheim Transit tickets too!
