Stayed her for two nights due to the California fires, my family was evacuated. It was very clean, good food, brand new crib and a free shuttle to Disneyland. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
- Free Wifi
- Breakfast included
We booked this hotel multiple times both through hotwire and priceline. For the quality of the hotel, we booked it at very low prices, ranging from $39 to $60 a night. The rooms are nice, clean, and the interior is beautiful. The only thing we disliked are the high parking fees, which kept going up every time we visited. There is a Starbucks right inside, which we appreciated. Also depending which tower you're in, you may have a little walking to do from the parking to the room.
This place was so great! I loved the family suites. We stayed one night at full price ($175) but then the next night got a Priceline rate of $50 (then paid $20 to upgrade to the family suite so we wouldn't have to change rooms). Took shuttle to the park and it was painless. The family suites have twin bunk beds that were perfect for my two kids. Kids also ate free at breakfast buffet, which was cute. Really loved this place!
Fabulous property, even though it is getting a little older. It has a HUGE atrium, very well kept up property. Even the exercise rooms had modern equipment, lots of towels, and tidy. I would stay there again. The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk (about 7-8 long blocks) to the main Disneyland gate, if you're doing the Disney thing, and there is a moderate charge for daily parking. I stayed there April '07 and paid an amazing $65 plus taxes (and parking) using priceline. The published rate at the time was about $160, so an amazing deal. I've stayed at many of the ho-hum modest places around there, take my advise, bid on at least a 3 or 4 star using priceline. You may wind up staying here and enjoying it....
We got this hotel fhrough a Priceline bid of $45/night hoping to get the Hilton Anaheim for free parking instead but we ended up enjoying this hotel. The hotel is very pretty with clear glass ceilings and natural light. There is a South and North Tower and we were pre-assigned to the South Tower but the North Tower is closer to the parking area. Because we booked through Priceline, we probably got the further Tower. Our room was a true non-smoking with a pool view. It was beautiful. The room was a comfortable size but everything was clean and expected of a Hyatt hotel. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and other stores such as Target across the street.
We stayed here for business in Orange County but there were a lot of families using this as a their homebase for Disneyland which is down the street. There are shuttle service but you would have to research on cost and schedule since we didn't use the service. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 3 days with our 7 year old son and 10 year old nephew. It wasn't close enough to Disneyland to walk, but it didn't matter because the hotel shuttle dropped us off and picked us up. The kids suite was great and the breakfast buffet every morning was fantastic! Red Robin is right across the street and is very convenient. The kids loved having a small Pizza Hut in the hotel right by the elevators so they could run down! Target is just a block or two away for all of those things that you forgot to pack. It's a great place to stay, with or without kids, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
