“The real deal”

Having lived in Napels Italy I have spent many years looking for an authentic Napoletano Pizza and I am happy to say I finally found it. I have eaten some good and many bad pizzas over the years from California all the way to New York and without a doubt Fuoco pizza is as authentic as it gets. Keep in mind that there are some great pizzas out there with just about any crazy thing you can imagine on them but if you want or in my case crave authentic napolitan pizza then give Fuoco a try. I've been there three times and each time have enjoyed great food, service, and atmosphere. I also reccomend the antipasto assortito and throw in an ice cold Italian beer. You can't go wrong.

“A little bit of Italy in Fullerton”
Reviewed March 4, 2014

I have eaten here three times in the last four months and have not been disappointed. Fuoco serves a certified true Neopolitan pizza. I've learned that Neopolitans eat pizza with a knife and fork. You won't find any ham and pineapple pizza here. You will find scrumptious individual pizzas that cook in about 90 seconds in the wood fired oven that came from Naples. Don't miss the arugula salad with artichoke, shaved parmesan and a tangy vinaigrette.

“Very Good Food”
Reviewed February 20, 2014

We were told to visit this restaurant for the pizza and it was very good. We arrived just before 6pm and had 2 of their Happy Hour pizzas and an arugula salad. The food was great, the wine was great, and the prices were good.

“Vera Napolitana”

Oggi, io ho gia mangiato dal Fuoco per la prima volta. E veramente come le prime pizzerie italiane! No posso aspetare per il lougo Irvine!

This is truly Italian pizza. The flour contributes to an authentic crust. The toppings, all great, are mere afterthoughts. We are lucky that an Italian family trusts us with their treasure!

Grazie Mille!
