Place is outdated, walls can use some work, restrooms can use some work. For the value it was ok but is not a 3 star hotel as advertised. 15 minutes drive to disney but they have free shuttle service and free parking

Very happy with the accommodations and the service. The room was large and the pool access off the slider was awesome. Five star sparkling pool! Plenty of both shade and sun with cushioned chase and pool towels available. The breakfast could be better but it is still an added bonus with eggs sausage pancakes and a variety of cereal too making the stay overall a great value and deserving of a thumbs up!

Overall the room was great. Comfy bed and quiet place to sleep too. Would recommend this place to friends and family. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Internet connection wasn't that great at all however.

I did not choose this hotel, as I used a 3rd party "mystery" hotel option, when it was revealed to be the Hojo in Fullerton I thought about just eating my original booking and finding somewhere else, I was glad that I did'nt. The Hojo is older and does need some renos soon but for now it is fine, My room was clean, no bugs, no hairs, no smell , the AC worked very well and the bathroom/shower were older but worked great. The pool is actually very nice (but there is no hot tub) Breakfast is good but it is the same thing everyday Scrambled eggs, potatoes, rice, pancakes, some fruit and toast and muffins. While there was no meat it is much better than most of the Anaheim area hotels. There were stains and scuff marks in the hallways, the wifi is terrible, and the the windows in my room were begging to be replaced but overall I would rate this place as old but comfortable
Room tip: rooms on the back west side appeared to be larger

The staff was very unhelpful and not friendly. Because the hairdryer in my room is not working, I asked the staff in the front desk to borrow me another, he replied, No, I don't have now, maybe we can borrow you one in the morning. I asked may I use any other empty room's hairdryer for 5 minutes to blow dry my hair? he replied, I'm afraid not. I asked is there any other way to help me? he replied, I'm afraid not. So I have to wait an hour to let my hair dry in midnight then sleep.

We were pleased with the relatively quiet air conditioner and environment. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay. I was disappointed in the first room that it didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The second room did have a refrigerator but still no microwave. To be fair it wasn't advertised to have a microwave. The bed was comfy, and there were plenty of towels.
