Easy check in and check out. Nice staff and clean comfy rooms. Nose is low abs club is right next door. Will stay here again. Recommend staying advice 2nd floor nursery bc of the layout Perlas are passing by all the time, which isn't a big deal but I'm weird like that
Staff were amazing and location is good. They have a shuttle to/from Disneyland. The room I stayed needed some repairs and needs an update. Other than that, this is an amazing hotel! The pool is nice with tables and chairs to eat. The little store is inexpensive which is a nice. I would stay there again.
My family of 5 has stayed at this hotel at least 10 times over a 4 year period. The location is easy 5 min drive from Knotts Berry Farm and offers a free shuttle to Disneyland. The hotel grounds and lobby are nicely maintained. And the hotel has plenty of free parking with no resort fees. Down the street to the north is Target (grocery / clothes etc) In & out burger, taco bell, korean bbq, frozen yogurt and more places to eat. The hotel can give you a printed map of the area. The rooms are clean, but do need cosmetic updates (but for the price and value do you really care!?) . The beds are full size - mattress are soft but the pillows are very flat so housekeeping usually folds them in half to make them more fluffy. FYI bring your own pillow, so you get a good sleep. The bathroom has 2 bars of soap, travel size shampoo/conditioner and one make up wipe. Free wifi, and plenty of channels to watch on the tv. We didn’t visit the pool on this visit. But when we did in the past, make sure to call front desk or stop by the lobby for extra towels before going to the pool. Pool are was clean with plenty of seating and always empty as we swam in the early evening. Breakfast is 6am to 9am buffet style. It seems to vary a bit on our stays. But they always have scrambled eggs, biscuits with gravy, seasoned potatoes, cereal ,toast , some kind of fresh fruit , coffee, milk and juice. We have also seen muffins, season rice, sausage. Overall we always enjoy our stay!
Great location, next to a shopping center and restaurants just a few minutes away. Incase you forget something for your trip you have Target next door. Great customer service from the hotel and the employees as well.
Didn't like the fact you have to pay extra for guest's breakfast. I made a goof and said only 1 guest for reservation. They wouldn't let me change when we checked in and said i would have to pay $7.00 per person a day!! Not to mention the breakfast isn't worth the $7.00. Would not recommend. Rooms smelt like smoke and stuffy.
