Didn't like the fact you have to pay extra for guest's breakfast. I made a goof and said only 1 guest for reservation. They wouldn't let me change when we checked in and said i would have to pay $7.00 per person a day!! Not to mention the breakfast isn't worth the $7.00. Would not recommend. Rooms smelt like smoke and stuffy.

You get what you pay for. It felt like staying at a motel. However, this place is perfect for the low budget traveler who just needs to just sleep and leave. I'm not sure why some appliances including the phone, alarm clock were all unplugged. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly.

We stayed at this motel multiple times. This last time was the worst. We stayed 3 nights. On our last day we went to Disneyland for the entire day. We left on Saturday morning June 29th around 8 am. We returned at almost midnight. When I walked into my room I noticed my Apple Watch charger was not on the bathroom counter as I left it. I asked my husband if he moved it. Upon further inspection I realized both our Apple Watch chargers were gone, our phone chargers were gone and my brand new IPad Air was gone. I had the IPad in a drawer. Also they took two of our phone chargers. My purse was on the floor. I looked to see what was missing. My kindle, eye glasses and car keys were taken. They did not take my wallet that had money and credit cards in it. We called the police to do a report. I called the front desk to request a manager. I was told management does not work weekends. Upon further inspection of my room, I noticed debris on the floor and the door looked as if it may have been tampered with. I requested security. He looked at it and took photos. He said in the two years he worked at the motel he has never had this happen. I looked at the reviews and I have read this has happened. The room number we were in was 254, the last room at the end by the stairs. I asked if they had cameras and I was told not on the second floor. I called on Monday morning to speak to the manager. Again he was not in. I finally got ahold of the manager close to noon. He said he needs to have the insurance look into it. This was yesterday and I have not heard back. I am very disappointed how this is being handled. I will not stay at this motel ever again. The motel was below average but it met our needs in the beginning. It has gone downhill every time we returned. I try to stay at Wyndham properties for the points but it looks like I will need to find something else.
Do not stay at this motel. Besides the theft, there are a lot of other things that are horrible. The breakfast is disgusting, many of the ice machines don’t work. Every time we have gone the ice machine on our floor is out of order. The water pressure in the shower barely has any pressure. I am hoping Mick the manager takes care of this.
