Nice place to stay. Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was decent. Hotel is close to shops and a lot of places to eat at. Plenty of parking available. Only wish they offered afternoon shuttle to Disneyland.

It is difficult to beat this deal in this area. The price is better than far less nice places to stay. There is a full breakfast and clean rooms. They have a pool. They don't have a work out room, but one can always go for a walk and do push ups in the room.

I have stayed here several times but it was completely different and I will never stay at this location again. When we arrived I informed the girl that I had a reservation and showed her my phone. She stated there was no reservation and asked for my ID. I was not able to locate my ID and thought I had misplaced it in travel. I dumped out the contents of my purse and was unable to locate it. She then walked away and a young man named Emmanuel stepped in. I tried showing him my phone with the reservation and he refused to look at it. He said no ID no reservation. I explained to him that I had already paid and had many other forms of ID in addition to a picture of my drivers license. He said that was not acceptable and without it there was nothing further to discuss. I showed him my Costco, Sam’s Club, Citibank credit card and my government employee ID all of which had pictures of me and he would not accept it or even look at my reservation. He said again no ID no reservation. I went over to a chair in the lobby and proceeded to go through every thing in my wallet. I found my ID which had slipped in between the money I had folded up in a side pocket of my purse. I then went back up to the counter and he said,”If you would have had your ID in the first place we would not be in this situation.” I have never been treated like this and asked to speak with a manager. He said he was in charge and I asked who was above him. He then handed me a business card with his name and another written on it and told me I could speak with Nicki in the morning. He was extremely rude and I really didn’t even want to stay but after our long day I just needed to regroup. Manager was dismissive as well and no resolution so we ended up leaving which cost us more money in the end.
