This place has been updated. I booked a king room, but got 2 queens. The floor was simulated wood, which is better than dirty carpet. The beds were hard, but I have a bad back, so I bring foam! The pillows are very puffy! The bathtub looked old. They have a small outdoor pool.

This couple do it the right way
We are road tripping across California. We found this little quiet, well managed, clean and comfortable hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. The owners could teach a class on how to run and update an older property to keep it current. The furniture is newer, the beds comfortable and the rooms clean. The floors are vinyl, not dirty carpets. The pool was quiet. There was no riff raff you frequently see at economy hotels. For a room, just a place to shower and sleep, you can’t beat it. Plenty of electrical plugs. About an hour and fifteen minutes from Yosemite. The best place we have found so far. It was much appreciated and a welcome sight.

Best Hotel of Our Trip
We stayed at the Summerfield Inn after being in Yosemite for the day. We stayed in 9 different hotels over a two week period and this was, by far, the best. The room was exceptionally clean and everything was updated and nice. It was off the main highway a bit, but we didn’t have any issues with road noise.

Pleasant Stay
We did a quick trip to Fresno for our "birthday weekend" and to visit some casinos. We booked a room at this place and were quite pleased at the accommodations! After a friendly conversation with the manager (comparing travel notes), we went to our room. WiFi was good, hardwood floor and the rest of the room clean, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker (the manager even gave us extra coffee)! The bed was very comfortable. We weren't expecting much for the complementary breakfast, but were delighted to find all the trimmings - even a waffle maker. We would definitely book here again. It was also convenient to good restaurants and only 20 minutes to Table Mountain.

Forget about your breakfast
We drove from Los Angeles to Yosemite so we stopped here for a one night short stay. The place was clean and comfort. Wi-Fi did not work. There was nothing to eat in the morning. So, when you book your room with breakfast and Wi-Fi included, you can definitely forget about them.

Nice Place
Many amenities near by and close to the many things to do in the Fresno and outlying areas. Spacious, clean and friendly. You are on a main road so road noise can be heavy at certain times. Wifi and Cable included.
