Nice place! it is very clean and located in a strategic location! The staff is very friendly and helpful!
I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone who comes to Fresno! I will come here again in the future.

Much much more then I expected it to be.
My first glance - the outside of Summerfield didn't seem like much. Boy was I surprised.
Everything not only looked clean but felt and smelled clean also. The room also had all the little things like new microwave, frig,coffee and iron.
But the best part of my stay was the customer service. The husband and wife team are so polite and helpful. Maybe the word is accommodating. Either way you can tell they have pride in their job by the treat the motel as if it were their own ' with love.
My stay was only 1 night but stayed an extra to relax and enjoy my beautiful room. I want to thank the management again for being so polite and helpful....even the housekeepers were extra nice.

Nothing to write home about
This place is only average, but I guess you don't get much for $77 anymore. We were on a bike trip with friends, and attempted to sit by the pool to relax, so much for that idea. The road noise was so bad, we couldn't even hear each other.
The room itself was OK, nothing special, and very stingy with the towels. The so called bath towels were way too small, and you only got 2, (don't get too wet in the shower, you won't be able to dry off).

Good spot in blah city
Our room was clean, and the price was right. Air conditioning worked well, which was important since daytime temperatures were over 100 degrees. Continental breakfast was good with fresh oranges, though the room was so crowded we had to take our breakfasts back to our room. Easy in, easy out.

Summerfield Inn is a good value
This inn was clean and a pretty good value at $90 per night. The tv was not high definition, which is pretty weak in this day and age. The outdoor pool was nothing to write home about. The place is in a very busy business area and is surrounded by restaurants.

A good place to spend a night
This is just an average good motel: there is nothing spectacular, but also nothing bad. The rooms are new and rather spacious; the parking is good; sleep quality is good because it is not on a busy street. The breakfast could have been better but it is ok. SO, if you're going to spend only a night, it's a nice value choice
