Only stayed for one night so we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities but cons were that the pool & hot tub were broken & freezing and in my opinion it was a little expensive other than that it was great! More

Best Hotel In Fresno
I travel to Fresno often, and have done all the hotels. This is the best one with modern-ness, cleanliness, and good quality of the right amenities. Great for business travel or families. Rooms are nice, quiet, and clean. Hotel located in a great part of town near shopping and medical centers.

Very ugly and conventional hotel. Service is OK and the complementary breakfast and evening social does help offset some
Ugly and conventional hotel… Rooms are very basic from the standpoint of aesthetics… Free breakfast and evening social were nice touches. High price for a very basic hotel. Service was fine. Would be nice to have robes for the rooms; at least via housekeeping. Really needs an update.

Worst hotel service motel 8 has better service like wow that’s all I can say, be more happy to help ur customers not have a stank on your face plus make ur customers feel at home u think customers wanna stay at a hotel that has bad customers service

Nice place to stay
This hotel is wonderful in Fresno! Every employee in this building is wonderful! Friendly, kind, helpful! Our room was great! Clean and updated. The morning breakfast was so good and fresh. Easy on/off to freeway. Can’t to see you guys on our next trip to Fresno!

Not bad at all.
I am in Fresno about once a year and have stayed here before. It is very clean. The rooms are quite large although the bathrooms are small. The staff was very nice on this trip and the breakfast was acceptable. It is in a fairly good location. Overall a nice stay.
