Nice place to stay
This hotel is wonderful in Fresno! Every employee in this building is wonderful! Friendly, kind, helpful! Our room was great! Clean and updated. The morning breakfast was so good and fresh. Easy on/off to freeway. Can’t to see you guys on our next trip to Fresno!

Not bad at all.
I am in Fresno about once a year and have stayed here before. It is very clean. The rooms are quite large although the bathrooms are small. The staff was very nice on this trip and the breakfast was acceptable. It is in a fairly good location. Overall a nice stay.

Horrible
Went to Fresno for a concert and decided to stay the night. When we arrived back to hotel, we discovered the room was full of cockroaches all over walls and countertops. It ruined what was supposed to be an amazing weekend

Cold and dark
Room was cold no matter how high I turned up the heat. Shower head too high to adjust((I’m 5 ft 4in) and room down distant dark hallway.I did not report these issues and just changed my future plans. Free dinner was pizza and head lettuce salad.

Kind staff, excellent ammenities
The staff was wonderful and helpful. Kind and went out of their way to get whatever you might need. Never made you feel as if they had better things to do. Happy hour and great food. Breakfast was wonderful. Comfy beds, didn't want to get out of it! Overall excellent stay and will be back!
