I am in Fresno about once a year and have stayed here before. It is very clean. The rooms are quite large although the bathrooms are small. The staff was very nice on this trip and the breakfast was acceptable. It is in a fairly good location. Overall a nice stay.More

Horrible
Went to Fresno for a concert and decided to stay the night. When we arrived back to hotel, we discovered the room was full of cockroaches all over walls and countertops. It ruined what was supposed to be an amazing weekend

Cold and dark
Room was cold no matter how high I turned up the heat. Shower head too high to adjust((I’m 5 ft 4in) and room down distant dark hallway.I did not report these issues and just changed my future plans. Free dinner was pizza and head lettuce salad.

Kind staff, excellent ammenities
The staff was wonderful and helpful. Kind and went out of their way to get whatever you might need. Never made you feel as if they had better things to do. Happy hour and great food. Breakfast was wonderful. Comfy beds, didn't want to get out of it! Overall excellent stay and will be back!

Comfortable and Welcoming
Great location for business in N. Fresno/ welcoming especially after 3 hours on the road in the heaviest rain in California in years. Staff was courteous and helpful. Difficulty finding the entrance due to poor signage and less than specific gps information. Once arrived appreciate the light dinner so that it was not necessary to go back out into the weather.

Cockroaches
Thin walls and bugs. You can hear your neighbors clear as day. This used to be a nice hotel. A lot has changed. Management is not what it used to be.

The beds are old and need updating.

Not a good deal for the price.

I hope this hotel gets back to what it used to be.
