Interesting local history. Mansion held much of original furnishings. Fun tour guide(Eric)! Only drawback was tour was on a time limit due to other groups coming in.

This home was built as temporary living quarters for one of the Valley's largest raisin farmers. The Civil War reenactment every fall is a must see.

We just love this step back into time at the Mansion. We go about every other year. Every time we go we learn something new. We also notice things we didn't before. My husband 's great grandpa used to work for Mr. Kearney. We were also married there in August of 1983. We were the second couple to ever be married there. It was a lovely cool morning and it rained the night before, which made everything feel extra special being married there. We never grow tired of the Mansion. I think it would be so interesting to any one or any family with children 5 and up. Bring cash for entry fee. Small fare to take a tour.

Beautiful home, however, the tour was too short and the guide was speaking too fast trying to squeeze all the information in the allotted time. We left feeling confused and incomplete.

Kearney is a slice of important Fresno History. You can tour the mansion. As a kid I used to go our there with my teacher Mother and collect owl pellets for her classroom science lessons. They also hold the Civil War re enactments on the grounds as well. The majestic Palm lined drive is quite impressive.
