When you get there, you will experience a very well stocked (and long) salad bar. Fill up with what you want, then pay at the end of the line for your meal and drinks. You are allowed to return to the salad bar for refills (that's a plus) and drinks can be refilled in the main dining area. There are up to eight soups, three pastas, five to six different types of bakery goodies, up to three different types of focaccia pizza, two different types of bread, butter, honey butter, and margarine available. Unless you go at the "hot" times, it is seat yourself in the dining area. There are freestanding tables, booths, and combinations of the two. They clean both buffet and tables frequently, meaning no sticky tables and a clear counters. About $8-9 without coupon and $7-8 with, so very affordable for all you can eat in this region. No meat as main course, so this is not similar to Hometown Buffet. If you like salads, soups, and baked goods, then you will like it here.
