As you can see almost every evening, Lucky Chinese is always crowded, and for good reason. The food is not gourmet, but it is pretty darn decent for the price. While the long line might b a deterent for some, what it means is that the food is usually fairly fresh, unlike some Chinese fast food that is waiting for you in the heat pan before you leave your house. I've been eating here for almost 20 years, and will continue eating there when I'm in SoCal.
