This hotel is close to the SFO airport. It is a decent place to stay when visiting the SF area. Mary Anne one of the front desk managers/ supervisors is very friendly. Always accommodates my requests as best as she can. Hotel has two separate buildings. Executive tower is very quiet. Not a bad place to stay for the price compared to other hotels in the SFO area. My real complaint would have to be the extremely rude front desk associate who checked us in my last visit. I am a priority club member and have stayed with this hotel many times and have never been treated the way I was when I checked in. The cashier code was 125. He should not treat customers the way I was treated. That front desk associate should be trained on how to treat customers because this totally ruined my image of this hotel. I always felt at home hence the reason I always choose to stay here but that treatment makes it very difficult to recommend this hotel to clients and associates. Very poor service I am extremely disappointed in this hotel for having an associate treat their customers in such a fashion. Horrible.
