Hotel is just north of Fort Bragg, six buildings, four rooms in each. Buildings 100, 200, 300 are the quietest, security doors to enter buildings, no elevators, all have balconies facing Pudding Creek, ocean is behind, a short drive across Hwy 1 to the stunning Pudding Creek old train trestle, large beach. Outside was an area for a BBQ, Picnic. Large rooms, very clean, plus carpeting, some have two queen beds, others have one king with large soaking tub. Amenities include, free Wi-Fi, coffee pot, microwave, small fridge, flat screen TV.

Room Tip: Check internet for comparable prices, need vehicle, hotel is about 1 1/2 miles from center of town...

The room was clean and good sized. The room had a large soaking tub (no jets) next to the bed. I believe all rooms have a nice view of an estuary. It is across the highway from the ocean so there are no views of the ocean. It's not a high end motel, but it's not trashy either; I would stay again.

Room Tip: The 200 and 300 sections are the best for views of estuary and are away from highway

We love this place! Stayed at most places in FB and this one has the most bang for your buck. Staff is very kind, big soaking tubs that are huge. Pet friendly soaking tub rooms too. It is on a beautiful estuary and creek that flows into the ocean which is about about five hundred feet away. Its a short walk to the beach.

very quite setting.
A continental breakfast which is coffee juices, an array of fruit, and pasteries.

Whether you are looking for a romantic evening or a family getaway this is a good spot.

rooms are comfortable, ea has a balcony, and easy to hear, no AC never needed. the 500 and 600 bldgs have rooms that face the highway which is somewhat noisey in the early am 630am for a couple of hrs and then again from about 430pm for a couple hrs. and do not really have a ocean view maybe just a "partial" ocean veiw on the other side of the sand dune, but the 100s thru the 500s do have a view of the lagoon( or estuary) of the pudding creek. Beds nice comofrtable, pet firendly on some rooms. This property is on old style keys, you must open the entry door to the building and it also opens your room. We agree with most of the previous reviews that this property was a good buy for the area. This property is on the north side of Fort Bragg, with one more well known lodging property just across the street. We believe we would stay here again if the need arises.

Room Tip: If U get upstairs accomadations and have to lug luggage up stairs ask if a first floor room is avail...

We stayed at this hotel over Veteran's day weekend this month. It was a nice, clean and roomy hotel room with a nice view of the estuary. *It had good free wifi and a nice breakfast (with homemade muffins). I would have given this hotel a rating of 5 if it had not been for the toilet. It blocked up the first time in the afternoon, and the staff was very responsive and came to unblock it immediately. Then it happened again in the middle of the night. We decided to wait until the morning as it was not too serious yet - and we were too tired to deal with it. Unfortunately, when we got up early, the office was closed. They did not open until 9:30, so we ended up having to go to a restaurant to use a toilet. There is nothing worse than a blocked toilet! I think the hotel needs to re-work some of its plumbing.

I stayed at the Beach House Inn for one night while on businesss in Fort Bragg. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Nice large table to be able to work on my computer. TV was on the smaller side . . . visit was during the World Series!!

Beautiful view of a lagoon. Most rooms had a balcony with a table and chairs.

My only issue was the road noise from Highway One. I love to have the window open to get fresh air and hear the ocean. Road noise was distracting.

Staff was nice, although the only interaction was when I checked in. I would recommend the Beach House Inn Motel.

Room Tip: In Building 100, 200 or 300. As far away from Highway 1 as possible!!
