We had a nice visit to this historic building in Fort Bragg. If you are interested in learning about the people who settled in this area in the 1850s and the logging industry you will find a lot of information here. The docent was helpful and informative and was very willing to answer all our questions. We enjoyed seeing this 1890 home that was originally a hospital at the old military Fort Bragg. It had some nice woodworking details and a pretty stain glass window in the stair case leading to the second floor. It is a nice place to hang out in until the Little Skunk Train pulls in to the station next door.
