We were told that this was the only restaurant in town with sunset views so we made a reservation, even though it was on the pricey side. We were seated for 20 minutes before drink orders were taken but they were quite busy. The main issues were the food and cocktail...my mojito tasted like petrol and was rightfully removed from the tab...the fillet mignon starter was well cooked but no district favours as the trio would suggest, the sampler plate was a medley of very heavy battered objects, with prawns the only identifiable seafood. Our entrees were a very dry piece of halibut with several large bones and an overly creamy gnocchi with not much other flavour...we were hungry and it was already 9pm after waiting a while so we just ate it. When it came time to pay the tab we discussed our meal with the manager who simply stated that he was sorry and hoped we would eat there again then left us to pay the over $100 tab...not likely! We are not sure of other places in town but we have had better dining experiences in Alaska for half this price.
