My wife took me to the Big Creek Inn on my birthday in August 2004. It was our first time to Yosemite. Living in the central valley in CA, it was hard to believe that it took us this long to get to Yosemite. But after staying at the Big Creek Inn for a weekend, and seeing the park, we were determined to make this an annual stop.
We loved our stay so much that I took my wife back to the Big Creek in September for her birthday! It is a clean B&B and cared for with attention to detail. The rooms are very cozy and the views are pleasant, overlooking the creek and mountainside. My favorite part of the stay was just relaxing and reading on the patio with the sounds of the birds and the creek in the background.
The Inn is also in a very convenient location, just a few miles south of the South gate of the park. We highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone venturing to Yosemite.
