We came here for breakfast on Sunday as a family, the place was crowded for good reason as well. The food came in big portions for a reasonable price. As I said in the title our favourite thing was this waffle with pecans and bananas covered in caramel sauce...yum!!! Great family place!

This place's namesake dishes make their breakfasts. Order the crepes, pancakes or French toast with the huckleberries. Most everything else seems to be ordinary but good. I continue to go here to breakfast here several times a year and am never disappointed.

We were traveling and found this restaurant by accident. It was crowded (which if you're traveling is good news....because it means you found a place that people like), but the wait was not long. The staff was really wonderful and attentive. The menu had lots of choices and it was a hard decision. The breakfasts were plentiful, cooked well to order. We both had 2 eggs with ham and fried red potatoes, along with a muffin. The eggs were perfect and the ham was the best ham I've ever tasted. The potatoes were a treat. They were cooked already and then fried without being greasy and were very tasty. The muffin was the only disappointment. It was dry and did not have many berries at all. But if you're in the area and want a good breakfast, I would not hesitate to try Huckleberries.

The French toast was yummy and served with lots of huckleberry (I think it was actually blueberry) sauce. The sauce was just right, not too sweet with big berries. The pancakes were also great. The beignets were too doughy. The coffee was a little weak. The wait person was very friendly and the service was good. We saw lots of families there. One of our group ordered lunch, a chili burger and he said it was just average. My recommendation, stick with breakfast.
