We arrived after 11 hours long flight from Heathrow. Struggled to find the correct number to call on the courtesy phone for the shuttle. Look on the cards on the wall above the phones (dont try to call the hotel phone number) It took us a while to figure this out. Then no one answered for at least 20 mins. They said the shuttle would be there in 10 mins, we waited 30 mins. In the end we got in a cab. It is a minimum charge of 17 bucks. When we arrived we complained and immediately the money was re reimbursed. After that, the stay was great. Lovely room, great breakfast for 10 bucks and nice staff.
We were in one of the rooms by the metrol line but I must admit it didnt cause any problems at all. I would definitely stay here again.
