The service was great and the food selection was local and fresh. The artichoke appetizer was really tasty.

My family and I ate at Paul Martin’s for the first time and had an excellent overall experience with our waiter (fantastic), the food, and the décor. Parking will be a little confusing for first time visitors, and we ended up using the valet parking in front of the restaurant.

When we arrived, the waiter explained the farm to table concept of the restaurant. He gave a brief story about the restaurant’s partnership of Brian Bennett and Paul Fleming (PF Chang’s) and advised that Chef Bennett happened to be in the restaurant at the moment.

We were amazed with the attentiveness of our waiter and other staff who worked as a team. The timing of the drinks, appetizers and meal was excellent. I was impressed with the reasonable prices and nice sized portions we received. Everything we ate was fresh and flavorful.

The décor is nice and conducive to and enjoyable meal. We would definitely return again.

I've hosted by business and personal guests and have received remarkable and extremely accommodating service regardless. It can get a little loud so having people with hearing challenges could be a bit tough, but the hostess has worked with me and helped to make it an enjoyable experience for all...

Went for Sunday brunch, had a great prime rib meal! Friends had the Salmon and arugula. We liked it all and the the excellent service until we found a piece of the ice-cream machine in the ice cream... in my friend's mouth. Mgt. acted appropriately and brought another dessert, still...

Our outing for the day was to the Flight Path Museum. We had planned on spending one hour there, but we spent three. So, when we came out at 2:30, we were so hungry that we decided we needed a big lunch. Looked up restaurants on Tripadvisor, and decided that Paul Martin's American Bistro might be a good choice. And it was !
We arrived at 3 p.m. on Friday 9/13, and the restaurant was about 30% full. The bar area was crowded (happy hour was about to begin). We told them we were there for a "late lunch", but were told that now it was "early dinner" time. That worked out even better because for dinner you get 3 hours validated parking (it is 2 for lunch), and as we were tired from touring the Museum, we were ready to sit still for more than 2 hours.
We were seated in a very comfortable private booth in the dining area. My husband had the "Trout", and I had the "Prawns & Linguine", and we shared a bottle of white Parducci. It was so very relaxing to just sit there, enjoy our food and wine, and talk about our fun day at that Aviation Museum. For dessert, we shared a "Strawberry Shortcake", which had the best (really the sweetest!) strawberries we have had in decades. Everything was delicious, and although the portions were larger than usual for us, we finished everything. Service was wonderful. Attentive but not intrusive. We were there for almost 3 hours, and our total did come out to about $100, but this ended up being a wonderful combined late lunch/ early dinner, and a most enjoyable experience.
