Description: At the heart of all great food is fresh, local, peak of the season ingredients. Paul Martin’s aims to take diners back to the farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, the best of both wild and farmed fish, artisan cheeses and cured meats from small local purveyors.Surveys show that 78 percent of American consumers value regional and local food for home cooking. Why? For health, taste and to preserve the rural landscape. Embracing this concept, Paul Martin's believes it's their responsibility to carry these values into the restaurant kitchen.

“Great food, quick & friendly service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2013

Great place with a varirty of choices for all tastes. On a Tuesday night, the place was packed, but service was still quick. It was a good choice for our business dinner. At our table we had three different fish dishes and all were very good. The calamri was also good, and the guys who ate steak were happy as well. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

“Overall great experience”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 13, 2013

The food and service were excellent. The selling point is that all the food used in the restaurant is locally grown and is organic. Our waitress was very helpful in describing the dishes and making recommendations based on personal preferences. It's a little pricey, but well worth it.

Strongly recommend Paul Martin's American Grill if in Manhattan Beach, El Segundo area.

Outstanding fish, seafood, fresh local & organic ingredients.. all very well prepared and presented.

Great, attentive and smart service. Very nice ambiance.

Seafood platter outstanding. Also had them make up seared Ahi as large app for eight. Variety of seafood entrees. All outstanding.

“Not A Restaurant to make a Special Trip To”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 30, 2013

Been there since it opened. Its a reasonably priced restaurant that has become commercial and complacent. A little more fresh and upscale than a chain like Red Lobster and Outback. Menu doesnt change for seasons or by availability of food. (so how can it be focused on "fresh ingredients?)

Food is uninspired, not enough salads, few vegetarian dishes.

One word review..Meh!

“Fabulous”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 27, 2013

In one word, this restaurant is fabulous! I have been to Paul Martin's a number of times and every time I visit, the food and drinks are fabulous. My favorite cocktail on their menu is the Champagne Bistro Lemonade (straight up)... If you are visiting the area, this is a must stop for organic and yummy food!
