Hotel is easy to find - right off the interstate and close to attraction. Rooms were clean, Breakfast offered way more than the normal continental - hard boiled eggs and waffles.... I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Wow this has to be the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in. I thought 1 night would not matter, was I wrong. Dim lit rooms, towel rack fell of when I reached for a towel, noisy, noisy, noisy even the A/C was noisy and I could hear youth running around the 2nd floor with it on high. Very uncomfortable beds. Stay somewhere else if you want a good night. Don't get me started on what they call breakfast, unpeeled hard boiled eggs, no yogurt and the rest carbs. Again stay somewhere else.

I reserved three rooms for three nights. The rooms were clean. One AC was not working well, and it was repaired while we were out. The breakfast is average, even though the lady servicing the breakfast is very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the person who serviced our room. We did not need our rooms cleaned each day, but she went out of her way to provide fresh towels for us. This hotel is a good deal at a good price. It is a short drive to the beach and Sea World. There is ample parking.

The front door inside latch broken within 10 minutes of entering room. The musty odor of the room was strong and we had to air out the room by opening the sliding door, however the freeway noise and pollution was bad. Neighboring businesses looked rundown and a local 7-Eleven had people selling drugs in plain site and transits were up and down the hotel property. Had we known of this ahead of time, we would have chosen other hotel.

Very dirty hotel from the towels to the sheets and floors, will never stay at a Best Western again. Plus it is right next to a major highway with no type of noise protection. The price may be good but DO NOT STAY HERE

We asked for handicap accessible. Because there were none available, we got the kitchenette. VERY room, easy to access, grab bars in bathroom, medium height toilet, lots of maneuvering room. Beds were nice. We were very happy with the room. Staff was so nice. It seemed like everyone was happy to work there.

Pros:
- Room was cheap
- Bed was comfortable

Cons:
- cockroach in bathroom
- dirty/stained towels
- no smoke detectors or fire sprinklers in room
- sticky (dirty?) furniture
- "clean remote" (you know, the ones that are easy to clean because they don't have small crevices) was dirty and sticky and stained.
- one of the light fixtures didn't work
- balcony view - freeway on ramp
- front door view - Chevron gas station
- front door, one hinge was busted and bottom corner was busted (big enough for a roach to get in easily...hmmm)

Because of the overall experience of my room, I didn't dare try the free breakfast. I thought about complaining and trying to get out of my reservation, but I was only going to be there 2 nights and all the decent hotels were 2 to 3 times more expensive, so I figured I'd tough it out. But even at the lower price, this place is not worth it. I should have spent the extra money.

This motel should be stripped of the Best Western name as it does not meet the standards of other Best Westerns that I have stayed in.

Room Tip: 202 is a death trap...no smoke detectors, no fire sprinklers!
