Stylish design, moderate size, located just off the highway near Palo Alto. Certainly a good business destination (probably not for tourists). Fine service at all levels. Room was spacious and clean, bath was comfortable in size and amenities, two robes, enough plugs for the electronics. Makes for a fine place to camp out on business. Wifi works well and is free. Coffee machines in room work well but some are finicky. A bit on the expensive side, but not as much as many Four Seasons around the world.

Very modern hotel with large rooms and bathrooms which was refreshing to see in the US. Stayed here for 2 nights for a conference. Didn't try the restaurants or the gym so basically I just saw the room and lobby. And I peeked into the bar/restaurant for a bit. Looked nice.

The hotel staff was very helpful and though they took a while to sort some tech issues in my room, the service recovery was excellent so I can't fault them for not trying to make my stay right.

The hotel is located just off the highway but you don't realize it - the double glazing works very well! Also got free Wifi for up to 2 devices which was nice.

Would stay here again if heading to one of the tech firms in Mountain View/Silicon Valley.

I got here mid day on a Monday and stayed for one night.

This is one of the best ones - great bed, great service, great in-room amenities and overall a great experience.

It's a minute from 101 so you need a rental car if you're planning on staying here more then one night.

Excellent staff. Room was very nice and more importantly very clean. Good location but many of the rooms face the freeway which is a drawback for a hotel of this caliber. Try and get a room that faces the front of the hotel and it would definitely get 5 stars.

This is a great hotel ideally situated for anyone that wants access to the whole bay. Clean, modern, well equipped and very friendly staff. And despite being right on top of HW 101 there is no road noise in the rooms. The only thing that lets them down is the food, particularly room-service food but with Palo Alto village less than 5 minutes drive there's little excuse to eat in at the hotel.
Thoroughly recommend.

Room Tip: Higher floors are probably quieter and best to keep away from the lifts I guess but I haven't had a bad room in over a dozen visits.
