Like the name of the restaurant, there is a willow tree outside, as well as two Asian style bridges and a small pool of water. The Asian decor continues inside. The entry area is large enough to make sure everyone can wait inside if you do have to wait for a table. There are two large rooms and a bar area. Since the rooms are large, you don't feel squashed like in other Chinese restaurants. We only had the dim sum that was brought around on carts. The selection was good since it was at lunch during the weekend. I like how they have both sesame balls with lotus paste and sesame balls with black sesame paste. Although the dim sum isn't the best, it's worthwhile if you're in the area and really want some dim sum.
