We enjoyed a lovely dinner for 6 people in this restaurant. Egg flower soup was our first dish and it was hot and delicate. Then we shared several other main dishes - walnut prawns (perfect), Mongolian beef with just the right amount of spice and not oily, sauteed chicken with fresh green beans (yummy), and barbecued pork fried rice (a little bit of spice and not much oil). We had wine by the glass at a very reasonable price. A lot of people were picking up take-out orders on a Saturday night. We had efficient and pleasant service. Cooking was done behind our table in an open kitchen so you could see everything was freshly prepared and in a clean kitchen. Decor was minimal, but the entire restaurant and the bathrooms were spotless. I thought this restaurant was much better than many other Chinese places in the area.
