The hotel is at the outsides of LA so it's very quiet. The breakfast here is delicious. There is also a very good restaurant in the hotel called Firestone Grill. I had to sleep in the sofa bed... It is a lot much smaller than the other beds but it is very comfortable.

I would return to this hotel again.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are huge. They have one large bedroom with two full beds and one queen sofa bed. We were 2 adults and 3 kids and we slept comfortably. The room is clean and quiet. Everything seems new. The omelets are perfect and the breakfast offered is very good. I recommend.

We were in town for a ND football game. They served a fabulous buffet dinner Thanksgiving afternoon. Friday morning's breakfast was really great, made to order omelets with lots of choices to include. Saturday and Sunday's breakfast was plain omelets, good but not as good as Friday's. They charge for internet service which was a real pain. They charged $25 a night for our small dog which I was happy to pay.

I would say this property is a bit below average for an Embassy Suites due to age. The hotel has tried to keep the property up-to-date with two LCD TVs and fresh paint. But the hotel still feels old. The thing I hate about this hotel is that you cannot adjust the temperature in the room. The thermostat in the room is only for show. It will circulate more air in, but the air you get may be too warm or too cold. You can't really adjust the temperature of the incoming air. The hot buffet food is guarded by a server, so you may have long lines even if you don't want an omelette. The gym is about the size of a suite, but at least there is a gym. Overall, it's ok as long as you don't overpay.

We were surprised to be so disappointed. First of all, the hotel was almost empty before Thanksgiving and yet we were given a very old feeling room and not a corner room that turned out to be better. We were surprised at its shabbyness because of all the supposed recent renovations done at the hotel. The bathroom door hinges were all rusty and falling out, furniture was very worn, and the microwave was older than me, I gave up trying to reheat my baby's food in it and just used the microwave at the breakfast area. Fridge was extremely old as well, we had to turn it up all the way. But the most unpleasant surprise came at night when no heat was turned on by the management and we were freezing. I was scared for my baby's health. Apparently the thermostats in rooms are for decoration purposes only. When we inquired about this in the morning, front desk person told us "the hotel did not go into heat mode till 10.30" even though we woke up at 2 am freezing with thermostat set on 85 degrees. The hotel brochure they have in rooms says they go into heat mode if its under 70 degrees, and it was well under that all 4 days that we stayed. We were given a different room, but it was the same story, we ended up getting a portable heater from them. By the way, that new room we were given was much better, and the appliances were newer, so ask for a corner room if you book. Oh and by the way, no made to order omlettes on weekends, only ham and cheese ones. They told us they had vegetables only on weekdays. Most of the staff hardly speaks English. One of the days housekeeping left a message for us, and except "Hola housekeeping" and "please call housekeeping" I did not understand anything because the rest was in Spanish. Also, I could hear the guy in the next room walking around the room so I can only imagine what our baby's crying when she got cold at night did for his comfort.
We stayed at other Embassy suites before, and we really felt like we overpaid for this particular hotel. We will definitely stay at a different place next time we go back to LA. Yes, breakfast and suites are very convenient for us as we travel with the baby, but there are better places offering same things for $150 per night where we won't have to freeze and can actually sleep through the night.

This was a very expensive Embassy SUites and did not deliver on the brand at all. It took over 1/2 an hour to check in because their computers were down. Did nto get the requested room. As a Diamond member I am supposed to get free internet but not at this location. They also did nto have the normal managers reception. There was nothign worth comign back to this hotel again and I went based on toher reviews to select this property.

My first time to stay in this hotel. I was impressed by how good the service was and how clean and nice the room was. The buffet breakfast was also good with a lot of options. My only regret is, after being there for 3 days, I got tired of the same food they served every breakfast.
