Went there because the suhi bar was full. Noticed on the way in that it now has a "B". I have eaten there before & it was ok. Lot's of food for the price that was pretty traditional Indian fare. Ordered a martini and a scotch this time after waiting anbout 10 minutes even thought we were the only other couple in the place. took forever for the drinks and then it was not a martini but vodka rocks. The scotch glass hadmore than a little crud on it. Left at that point with a $20 on the table.

Restaurant is located in a strip mall, and trends to the less-cheery. Menu is typical northern india / curry house fare, and execution is above-average (although nothing remarkable if you are used to decent curries).

However, the bill was quite a surprise: basmati rice, usually included with curries the world around, was an unannounced $4.95 extra. My single bottle of beer was $7.50.

All in all, a meal with a cup of soup and one curry came to $40 - and the table service was comically bad (he was VERY HARD OF HEARING, and the soup arrived late, about 30 seconds before the entree on a slow Monday night).

Charging $5 for a side dish of white rice is shameful. There were other options at the very same intersection I wish I had chosen. Shame on you, Diamond Palace.

Have gone to this restaurant for many years, usually lunch with colleagues friends, etc. The buffet is always good, the food delicious and plenty. Very good Indian food. Never heard a single complaint from any of my friends either. After about 30-35 visits I should say, I have come to expect a happy lunch.

It takes forever to get naan when choosing the buffet and the price of the buffet, you would think they could expand the items. It was a small buffet with very limited items and food taste was ok. They only put small amounts of food in the buffet so people tend to take small portions seeing there are many in line and not much food out. I will not go back there

Food is Okay, but the treatment is pretty poor.

One of my friend had a party and the floor was double booked, the restaurant was not even polite in answering the questions and were very rude.

I would definilty not suggest any of my friends to host any party there after seeing how treatment was..

If u want a party, go somewhere else, If u dont have Indian restaurant for having dinner, then u have no other choice, go to this place.
