“Horrible. Stay anywhere else”

Palm Springs is absolutely beautiful with so many gems - this is not one of them. Not only is this the worst place I have ever stayed at - but the people that run this rental are crooks.

On our first day, we arrived to clothes and McDonald’s? (bags, nuggets sauce spills in and around the pool area.) The washer had the towels we were meant to use still in it. When we complained, we were brushed off saying that someone would come over to tidy up. The next morning, one of the girls then found a set of used fake eyelashes under her pillow cases. As I write this I still cringe at it all and barely believe it happened.

At this point we were so disgusted by the realization that this place/where we were suppose to sleep didn’t actually get cleaned. We contacted the rental manager to say that we were going to find alternate accommodations and requested some refund given the state of the accommodations. After many run arounds, and lies, they refused to provide us any form of refund and had the house back up for rent for the weekend we had paid for/the money they kept, back up for rent that afternoon.

I can confidently say leaving this house and staying somewhere else saved what was almost a ruined vacation.

Also - important to note - this house is in an extreme wind tunnel so if it’s at all windy, you can’t use the outdoor amenities.

Stay away.

“Family Fun!”

This place is #AWESOME! Everything you need is here. A couple of notes:

1) Management should clean the refrigerator PROFESSIONALLY!

2) Something should be done about the dozens BEES that swarm the pool/hot tub area in the morning.

3) Upgrade the cable box downstairs.

4) A garage door opener would make for nice convenience.

Outside of that, my family of 10 had an absolute blast here. Wi-Fi worked well. The views were #todiefor.

Although the owner states that this isn't a "party-house," I had a DJ here with no issue with noise. The house is very sound-proofed.

Received my deposit back today - on schedule! #nice

“Great spring getaway”
Reviewed June 21, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Went with colleagues as company retreat and had a wonderful time! We pretty much got all the food and drinks needed from Costco 20mins away before the check in. We love the full equipped kitchen and BBQ grill! It was very windy at the pool area during night time but we still had a blast.

“Great family vacation in isolated location”
Reviewed May 27, 2015 for a stay in May 2015

How this spacious house works for you depends on what you're using it for. We wanted family (7 people) time, staying close to home, cooking all our meals. It worked fine although we were disappointed with the high winds 2 days out of 3. If you want nightlife and restaurants nearby, that's not this place. Downmarket Desert Hot Springs is no Palm Springs, almost no restaurants. Agent Tim was very helpful, responsive to all our requests so he rates a 5. Pool and hot tub were spotless and the highlight, with commanding view of valley below.

“A desert paradise, perfect for a special weekend away!”

My wife and I wanted to do something special for her 30th birthday and sought to bring 8-10 of our closest friends to a desert oasis for the weekend, but we needed a house that was large enough for a group that size. Skyline Hilltop Desert Estate was by far and away the nicest and most accommodating home on the site in our price-range. What really sold us on it (in addition to the gorgeous infinity pool and hottub) was that we could check in early on Friday and check out late on Sunday, maximizing the weekend pool time! From the time we reached out to inquire about the rental, through a week or so after when we got our refund back, the management staff of the property were simply amazing. They were just so professional, available, friendly, and generous. As soon as we arrived, the property manager walked us through the house showing us all the features and amenities and we were in heaven. The house exceeded our expectations (from the beautiful photos we had seen online) - especially it's giant YOGA room, which our guests totally used one morning! The patio near the pool also has misters built into the awning, which was an added bonus. Pool and shower towels were provided as well. We grilled, ate, drank, relaxed, and laughed all weekend long and it was simply a perfect birthday getaway weekend with friends. Bottom line - this house is a steal and we will definitely be back. Thanks again!!!

“Top Notch Rental”

This vacation rental was above expected and the pictures don't do it justice. The place looks spectacular and has an amazing view. You are secluded on your own private hill with a beautiful pool, spa, and waterfall. There is more than enough space for large parties and you feel like a millionaire staying here. Also everyone I encountered at the Radigan Company were fabulous, especially Eddie and Tim. I appreciated all the help and for allowing me to stay in this desert oasis. I want to live here!
